How to Use Calendar Printing to Increase Your Business
If you own a business, especially a small one, advertising it can be one of your biggest problems. It is essential that you get the most advertisement success for the least amount of money. Printing custom calendars is an inexpensive, but extremely effective way to advertise your company. Here’s how to use calendar printing to increase your business quickly.
Designing Your Calendar:
Custom calendar printing as a form of advertisement will only work if your calendars appeal to your clients. So, you need to design your calendar according to the sorts of clients that you are trying to attract.
For instance, if you own a car repair business, you may want to create a calendar with pictures of cars. On the other hand, if you own a boat and run cruises, you may want to create a calendar with pictures of beaches and boats.
Your custom calendar design also needs to be functional. You want your clients to use your calendars to record their appointments and events. Each time they look at their schedule or add a new appointment to the calendar, they will be able to see your company’s information. So, be sure that the calendar design allows plenty of space for them to write in their own personal notes.
Including Company Information:
Your company’s information should be displayed prominently on your custom calendar. That includes the name of the company, the company logo, and possibly a slogan. Of course, contact information for the company should also be included. During the design process, you should be sure to check all of that information for accuracy. Since you will probably be having your calendars printed in large quantities, a typographical error could mean the difference between gaining many new clients and not gaining any at all.
Make it Stand Out:
If you want your clients to remember you, your calendar needs to stand out. So, you should make it appealing to look at. If you use bright colors, unique graphics, or some other technique to catch each client’s eye, they will remember your company.
Not only that, but anyone else who happens to see your calendar sitting on your clients’ desks throughout the year may make note of your company’s information as well.
Changing Your Calendar Design:
Once you have a calendar design in place, it will be easy to update it each year. It’s a good idea to change your calendar design a little bit each year so that your clients don’t get bored. You can also use a new design to showcase new things that your company is offering. A few new pictures and perhaps a logo update will be all it takes to get the next year’s batch of calendars ready for printing.
Just remember to always plan ahead for the coming year. Make sure that you have the next year’s calendars printed and ready to go early. That way they can be in your clients’ hands before the new year actually arrives. Then your clients can get the maximum amount of use from your custom calendar printing, and so can you.
